摘要
本設(shè)計為封蓋機設(shè)計，主要應(yīng)用于白酒企業(yè)，對白酒進行封蓋，其生產(chǎn)率為
2000瓶/小時，所適應(yīng)的瓶高為 60-100mm，瓶口直徑為 ①2226mm 。
該機器由電動機提供動力，電機選用鼠籠式三相異步電動機，工作時，通過 兩條傳動鏈輸出：一條經(jīng)過一級帶傳動和蝸輪蝸桿減速器驅(qū)動曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)使電 動機轉(zhuǎn)動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)橹本€往復(fù)運動；另外一條是
2、電動機通過兩級帶傳動驅(qū)動滾壓頭中 心軸做旋轉(zhuǎn)運動，從而實現(xiàn)滾壓頭同時做旋轉(zhuǎn)、直線運動，實現(xiàn)對瓶口的封蓋。 曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、加工容易、維修方便、經(jīng)濟實用的優(yōu)點，在機械設(shè) 備中應(yīng)用廣泛。本設(shè)計中，通過對平面曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)的數(shù)學(xué)建模，用 MATLAB
編程，輸入曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)的機構(gòu)參數(shù)和運動參數(shù)， 實現(xiàn)對整個機構(gòu)運動過程的仿
真分析。
